Good news for fans of the franchise: a brand-new season of Fate/strange Fake has been officially confirmed. The announcement came accompanied by a fresh teaser visual and the tagline “New Season Confirmed,” following a “to be continued” card that aired at the conclusion of the first television season’s finale.

The television anime kicked off early when it premiered its first episode, titled “The Heroic Spirit Incident,” globally and in Japan on December 31, 2024, ahead of its regular broadcast schedule which started in January 2026. Produced by A-1 Pictures, the initial season spanned a total of 13 episodes.
The newly released teaser visual features the compelling phrases “Rise Against the Rules” alongside the confirmation of the upcoming season. Take a look at it below.
This series serves as a continuation of the events depicted in Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn, the one-hour TV special that originally debuted on July 2, 2023. The creative team behind the production includes:

Rooted in the light novel series penned by Ryohgo Narita and visually brought to life by illustrator Shizuki Morii, Fate/strange Fake centers around a distorted and unorthodox Holy Grail War. Set in Snowfield, Nevada, an attempted replication of the sacred ritual spirals into a chaotic conflict that diverges wildly from traditional Grail Wars.
