The official X (formerly Twitter) account for the My Sword Saint Master Is Too Cute to Live With! (Dōkyo Shiteiru Kensei no Onna Shishō ga Kawaisugite Mainichi Shiawase Desu) manga announced on August 7 that the series is officially getting a television anime adaptation. Produced by Deregula, the announcement was accompanied by the release of a brand-new teaser visual.

This confirmation follows an earlier leak in January, when a listing for the manga’s second volume by Kadokawa first hinted at the anime adaptation.
Authored by Kennoji with illustrations by R_ringo, the manga originally debuted on KadoComi‘s website in March 2024, with its second collected volume hitting shelves on January 23.
Additionally, Seven Seas Entertainment announced during its panel at Anime Expo in July that it has acquired the English publishing rights for the series. The publisher outlines the romantic comedy as follows:

Seven Seas Entertainment plans to begin releasing the manga in June 2027 under its Ghost Ship imprint.
Original author Kennoji has a robust catalog of recognized light novel and manga works, including Drugstore in Another World: The Slow Life of a Cheat Pharmacist (which received its own anime adaptation in July 2021), The Girl I Saved on the Train Turned Out to Be My Childhood Friend, I Time-Traveled and Confessed to My Teacher Crush, and Hazure Skill.
