Fans purchasing capsules from Japanese Gashapon vending machines this month will randomly receive one of four meticulously crafted 10-centimeter figures, each priced at 500 yen (roughly $3.40 USD). While currently rolling out across Japan, international collectors can also anticipate overseas availability through Bandai’s official distribution channels.
Every figure in this set immortalizes a specific, fan-favorite moment from the franchise’s history:
- Child Goku: Inspired by the Demon King Piccolo saga, this miniature captures the young martial artist stepping forward to protect Tien and battle Piccolo’s minion, Drum.
- Base Adult Goku: This design adapts Akira Toriyama’s legendary cover illustration for Weekly Shonen Jump (1990, Issue No. 37), celebrating the manga surpassing five million copies in circulation. It perfectly recreates Goku mid-Kamehameha blast.
